Bountiful Fruit Display*  whole and sliced locally grown fruits & berries to include melons, grapes, kiwi, peaches, plums, blueberries, blackberries & raspberries when available
Crab Fondue*  with wheat berry toast points
Smoked Salmon*  sides of smoked salmon displayed with cream cheese, chopped eggs, capers, red onions and mini bagels
Trio of Dips*  Choice of 3 - hummus, spicy artichoke, classic spinach, sundried tomato & cannelloni bean, tomato basil with balsamic vinaigrette or roasted red pepper & eggplant
Brie*  with pepper jelly and toast points or baked in puff pastry with sweet almonds and assorted crackers
Nachos Grande*  blue and yellow corn chips with our own salsa fresca, guacamole, sour cream, jalapeno chips and a spicy nacho sauce
