Pasta Sauté 2

Includes penne pasta with a choice of marinara, pesto or brown butter sage sauce; add the following to your pasta: garlic, fresh tomatoes, basil, fresh broccoli, sausage, grilled chicken and freshly grated parmesan cheese.  We also serve house bake foccacia bread with this station

 

Baked Potato Bar

Accompanied by bacon bits, fresh chives, sour cream, salsa fresca, assorted chopped vegetables and a house made cheese sauce

 

Mashed Potato Bar

Our blend of Idaho and red potatoes, with by roasted garlic, butter, shredded cheese, chicken curry & peppery beef gravy, served in Martini Glasses

 

Entrée Station

Includes choice of one entrée, one accompaniment and a choice of rolls & creamery butter or a salad – excludes carved menu items

 

Pacific Rim Station

Choose pad thai chicken or chicken vegetable stir fry with chow mein (vegetarian or beef options available), choice of coconut or plain white rice, and includes take out containers full of chinese chicken salad, it also includes chopsticks and condiments

Add an assortment of freshly made sushi to include shrimp, ahi tuna,

Carving Station

A choice of tri tip, smoked turkey, glazed ham or roast beef, service with rolls and condiments (select one). Also includes a choice of garlic mashed potatoes, roasted red potatoes or orzo rice pilaf, see our complete list of accompaniments. Carved salmon available, please ask for a quote
